What are the condo fees?

The condo fees are $140/month and we anticipate them to stay low due to the durable, low maintenance exterior Hardie siding, composite decking, and metal railings. Condo fees cover exterior maintenance, exterior insurance, maintaining common property, snow removal, yard maintenance and lawn care, property management fees, and costs related to the Condominium Corp. Also, a portion of monthly condo fees go towards a reserve fund for future maintenance, repairs, replacement, and related expenses with respect to the common property.

What are the property taxes?

On average property taxes are typically 1% of the value of the home.

Is there visitor parking?

Yes! We have lots of visitor parking. There are 31 visitor parking stalls strategically placed throughout the development. As well, we have wider roadways for ease and flow of traffic.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, pets are allowed. The expectation is that you are a good pet owner and clean up after your pet and that your pet is safe, leashed, and not a bother to the neighbors or community.

What is the demographic?

There is no specific age demographic or restrictions for homeowners. We love our current demographic at the condos, we have everybody from young first time home buyers and young professionals, to families, to retired professionals and singles...we have it all and it makes for a great community.

Are you allowed to put up a fence in between the units to seperate the space?

Per the by-laws, you are not allowed to, however you are allowed to make a request to the Condo Corp to amend this rule.

Are you allowed a satellite dish?

You are not allowed to erect, attach, fasten, or affix anything to the exterior of the building that would alter the exterior or appearance of the exterior. This is to keep the exteriors looking clean and uniform.

Optional upgrades?

Optional upgrades that you may want are, basement development, air conditioning, gas line to the deck for BBQ, and finished garage. Please just ask us for a quote, we are happy to help.
